Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

-          The item you received is defected or damaged.

-          You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-          Reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable items

We will not issue any refunds due to a change in mind.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will typically take 7-10 business days to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
